Rigify (Human) : Pole position bug when leg axis is not aligned with world axis
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
On meta-rig, when leg is not aligned to world axis (on leg L for example on attached file) : Pole location is not OK. Pole is still aligned to world axis, but not to leg axis. Seems that pole angle (on IK constraint) is correctly set in order to IK correctly works, but pole location is no more align to leg.
