Curve doesn't restore initial form after deleting all its shapekeys

Short description of error
Removing all shapekeys leaves the curve in the state of the last edited shapekey.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

I tried this on Blender 2.78a and current buildbot but can not reproduce this case.
Removing the Shapekey resets the curve for me as well.

Same for me in the latest build. Also tried 2.76b and 2.77a with no positive result.

Bastien Montagne (mont29) raised the priority of this task from 30 to 50.

Sigh… Please explain clearly in text the needed steps to reproduce the issue, it’s painful to have to look at the video to understand it!

So, can confirm the issue - but you have to delete all shapekeys of the curve to see it go back to latest edited shapekey shape…

Note that the fix cannot do much about curves already 'corrupted' with some shapekey data, you'll basically have to activate basis key, and switch in/out of edit mode. This will reset the other shapekeys based on basis one though.
