Snapping to multiple points doesn't work when Snap is enabled by holding down CTRL only #50762

This quite extraordinary feature: http://adaptivesamples.com/2013/08/11/cif-7-multiple-snapping-targets/ does not work when snap is only toggled with CTRL. I know it's a slight mistake but I hope it's also fixable quite easily.

- This is what Snap enabled means. It does get in the way when you don't want to snap though and turning it on and off constantly is annoying even with a keyboard shortcut.

- This is what I usually use and only Hold down CTRL to snap (while moving stuff). Marking points with A does not work with this method.

This is an input question that you can change in user preferences:

In fact it's a bit tricky to find the controls of modal operators.
The UI needs a special attention in this area :\
