Windows 7 Geforce GTX 1060 Twin Frozr

2.78c
Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)
Worked: (optional)

When attempting to import OBJs exported from roblox studio, the object imported is invisible.

Export an OBJ using roblox studio.
Import the OBJ into blender 2.78c.
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
