BGE: Skinned object is culled out of camera frustum based on original geometry

System Information
My computer is a 13' macbook pro(2013 late), the OS is OSX 10.9.5

Blender Version
blender 2.78c e92f235

Short description of error
if the rigdoll character are not in the view of camera or viewport, the character won't be rendered, and only this character won't be rendered, I have add a rigid body cube to test , and the cube can be rendered.
my english is not good,I hope blender developers can understand what I am talking about.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open the upload file, and press p to run game engine, you will see the render bug, I have test it on other macbook pro, and still have this bug

This is a known issue. A limitation of our skinning system.
