I have a problem with new versions blender, if him Ver > 2.72 then FPS ~ 5, if Ver < 2.72 then FPS > 60. I can to do Reinstallation and refresh drivers -> NO RESULT. Can u help me? Thanks and sorry for my english.

From the laptop model it seems that your have a NVIDIA 720M as a GPU. Can you confirm that?
There is was a slew of reports related to Windows 10 and Nvidia GPU - usually the mobile versions.
The main task listing those problems is in #50650. Some solutions are in the comments of that task.
