Short description of error
the svg export script won't load anymore

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start Blender, try to enable freestyle svg exporter in the addon tab of the user prefs. You get following error:

  File "C:\Blender\2.78\scripts\modules\addon_utils.py", line 335, in e
nable
    mod = __import__(module_name)
  File "C:\Blender\2.78\scripts\addons\render_freestyle_svg.py", line 3

    import parameter_editor
ImportError: No module named 'parameter_editor'
