Short description of error
Actions based on property => frames (actuator) get stuck or play incorrect if their "owner" (object with the Action actuator) is parented to a Dynamic / Character / Rigid Body physics object.
If I set Static or the other physic types instead it works fine. Also if I remove the parent.
Note: I have encountered this problem only if I use the Action=Property setting. Other than that, the Actions play/loop/flip/pingpong just normal with a Dynamic/C/RB parent.
