Short description of error
Quando abro o programa, ocorre um erro na resolução. As laterais da janela do Blender ficam fora de visão e o cursor do mouse fica deslocado para baixo(para clicar em algo tenho q clicar um pouco abaixo do botão na interface do programa).
Pesquisei diversas vezes onde está o erro, porém, nenhuma foi bem sucedida!

Please speak English, and follow our submission template and guidelines and make a complete, valid bug report, with required info, precise description of the issue, precise steps to reproduce it, small and simple .blend and/or other files to do so if needed, etc.

This sounds like a driver issue, or some corrupt Blender default file. (you can try to run Blender with --factory-startup to see what happens).

But indeed, there is nothing we can do without extra information. In this particular case we would need at least the system info, and an image of your Blender once you open it. And the version of Blender you are using.
This report is so off the guidelines that I will go out of the way and close it. But feel free to create a new report with the required info and in English.
