after making adjustments in denoising, went to Scene->Color Management-> Exposure : Crashed when clicking on slider

I couldn't reproduce the issue so far. Can you reproduce this in the default startup file with just a cube? If not can you attach a .blend that can be used to reproduce it, and exact steps.

Is denoising necessary to get the crash? What do you mean exactly by "making adjustments in denoising"? It seems somewhat unlikely that denoising specifically would cause a crash here, but it's possible.
