Short description of error
Eevee giving off weird shadows in unrealistic ways.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start blender 2.8, put plane under default cube. Move light (set there by default) to cube's top surface, and move the light around. Shadows become glitchy. I have attached a video of me doing this.

It's not an issue. It's because the clip start is 1 blender unit away and the top of the box get clipped.

The shadow is rendered to a cubemap that has box boundaries. Maybe we should show it somehow.
