Broken: 2.78c

Addon option allow for method of Boolean. When selected the brush modes on this addon do not apply the "default" method.

Switch the method in Bool Tool to "carve" use a boolean brush on the tool shelf, and check the method type in modifiers.

Suggestion for the tool; Only apply boolean modifiers. It's slightly annoying to have to delete all non-boolean just to apply.

Please check an appropriate Blender 2.79 for your OS from the latest daily builds (from the first section on the site - do not download 2.8 builds as currently most of the add-ons are broken due to the changes to the API) if the described behavior is still present.

Currently Bool Tool is at version 0.3.8 as there were several patches after 2.78 c
