Lors du changement de raccourcis pour appeler le pie menu et bien celui-ci n'est pas mémorisé lors du redémarrage de blender et ce peu importe la version de blender.

Please, since this is an International site with people all around the World, use English for reporting bugs.

Concerning the saving of the pie menu shortcuts, what is the Pie menu add-on used?
Can you please try the Blender the appropriate 2.79 RC 2 version from https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.79/ ( in your case should be blender-2.79-rc2-windows64.zip) and see if the error is still present?
