Broken: 2.79RC2

Short description of error
as shown here in the wiki, when creating a Geodesic Dome, there should be a Save button and a Load button. But as the screenshot below shows, they are absent even though the help menu still says we should be able to save :

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Enable Add Mesh : Extra Objects
Add a Geodesic Dome
