Render output of linked scenes conflicts with other scenes with the same name

short description of error
If any linked scene has the same name as any other linked or local scene, the render outputs seem to get overwritten.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The scene in cube.blend is linked into scenes.blend so keep them in the same directory
Open scenes.blend
Both render layer nodes show the same output despite the scenes being different

This is caused by the way how Blender addresses render result, which is based on scene name. Here is a patch D2836 which fixes this, but the patch needs extra review to make sure i'm not missing something.
