Scaling should scale joint limits in translation (between rigid bodies)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Design an articulated rigid body system, with joint limits on some translation degrees of freedom (e.g. on a slider).
Select all objects, and apply a scale. Everything is scaled except the joint limits.
Note the limits in rotation should stay the same (angles do not scale).

Please follow bug report guidelines and fill in all requested information. Most crucially, .blend file which demonstrates the issue.

Please note that we can only fix bugs we can reproduce, but from this description it's not clear for me whether it's a bug or lack of some control/feature.
