First of all, here in the bug tracker we fix bugs which we can reproduce. This one seems to be dependent on some specific hardware configuration which we don't have, so it's only that much we can do..

If Blender works slow, it usually indicates graphics driver issue. Make sure your OS is up to date, and make sure you're using official video driver from nvidia.com (if you use Windows, re-install driver manually. There are lots of cases when Windows tries to be smart and causes corruptions after automatic driver update).

Also, test if you can reproduce the issue on another hardware. If you can't reproduce it, we wouldn't be able either.
