Blender Version
Broken: 2.79
Worked: 2.78, 2.8

GPU Compute is grayed out and under System in User Preferences "None" is the only Cycles Compute Device. Used to work in 2.78 and 2.8 but now doesn't work their as well. Graphics Card works fine everywhere else. Only after 2.79 install were problems encountered.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

@Vuk Gardašević (lijenstina) RX 470 is actually a gcn 4 card, this actually should have worked..

UPDATE: I checked back on blender 2.78 and it isn't working there either. Was before I installed 2.79. Graphics Card working fine at everything else, but all blender versions are ignoring it. This even includes my BETA 2.8 version, which, was working fine before installing 2.79.

Please try to re-install driver and see if that helps. If that doesn't help, run blender from the command line with --debug-cycles command line argument, go to to user preferences -> system, and attach log from the console as a file here to the report.

Updating drivers fixed problem. Thank's everyone for their help.
