Windows 7 64x 4GB ram amd A4-6300
GeForce 210
All drivers are up to date.

Blender Version
Broken: All x64 versions above 2.76

Short description of error

I just downloaded the zipped blender unpacked and runned it.
And It never gets worked.
however Blender 32x worked sucessfuly with the exception that I cant acess the cuda cores on my GPU.

We don't support CUDA rendering on the Geforce 210 anymore because NVidia development tools stopped supporting it, so it won't work with the 64 bit version either.

Have you installed all the Windows 7 service packs? We use some CPU instructions that are only supported with a full updated Windows installation. If so, an AMD A4-6300 should work fine in theory, though I don't think any developer will have a similar CPU so if there's an issue specifically with it, it will be difficult to debug.

When you drop this dll into your blender folder, does the x64 version start properly?
