2.8: Remove ASCII FBX 6.1 exporter

Description

This has been in maintenance mode for some years now (since 2014 when the superior binary exporter was introduced).

2.8x seems a good time to remove it.

Binary 6.1 add hardly anyone will be so here I agree to better remove altogether what is now and leave only 1 format.

Agreed, and that will be one big piece of pycode not to worry about new 2.8 compat, too. Will do next week.

I really needed 6.1 because 7.4 doesn't export multi-mesh with animation correctly to Unreal Engine. It exports it as a huge file with separate meshes. 6.1 worked perfect for this case. Please either put 6.1 back or fix 7.4. Thanks!
