Blender Version
Broken: 2.77 and newer
Worked: 2.76b and previous

Short description of error
When working in edit mode with object that has array modifier assigned, it was possible to snap vertices of original mesh to vertices of clones generated by array modifier (when 'show_on_cage' is enabled). No longer works since 2.77.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start with default scene;
select cube;
add array modifier;
disable relative offset;
enable constant offset, set offset value more than cube size by any axis (for example offset x = 3);
in array modifier enable 'show_on_cage' (Adjust edit cage to modifier result);
in 3d view enable snapping, set snap to vertex;
enter edit mode, vertex mode, select any vertex;
move selected vertex to any vertex of clone generated by array modifier
snap will catch vertex of clone only in v2.76b and previous versions
