WIN10 Pro x64
GTX 570, GTX 760, GTX 780ti
Ryzen 1600

PROBLEM EXSIST.....
blender-2.79-72e5082-win64-vc14.zip
blender-2.80-ba821ad-win64-vc14.zip

ALL CARD DETECTED.
blender 2.79

Not error but simply the GTX 570 is no longer an option for CUDA card in the list of CUDA devices in user prefs -->Sys

Regular blender finds all cards, but the new compiler does not.
I want to try the 3 cards and the cpu at rendering...

I thought at first maybe a limitation of 3 CUDA devices MAX, but I swapped the GTX 570 for another 760 and showed 4 cuda devices!

if you have knowledge first hand why and what happened... can you kindly tell me if the 5xx wont be supported anymore. and can you tell me if 6xx cards are in the same boat?
I want to buy a GTX 680 4GB card would a 680 CUDA work? or is it the same version as the 5XX cards?
or should I just find and buy a GTX 770??

Specs of the 680 and the 770 looks almost identical.. perhaps it will work??

This card is still supported in the official released blender 2.79/a/b , however going forward CUDA support for these cards has been dropped by nvidia,hence it's not available in the buildbot builds.

anything with compute 3.0 and up should work for blender, wikipedia has a nice list on which cards support what compute model.
