1.add Copy Transforms Constraint to a bone
2.Export FBX and import Unity


Hand animation is ok .But have some offset in Unity

You can probably get better results by reducing 'simplification' parameters in Animation FBX export settings (to get more keyframes generated, and hence leave less room for that kind of glitches).

And in general, the more complex your rig is, the more issues you'll face when exporting it.
