Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

I can not install Blender Flux Core.
I tried changing the code (init.py) and I could not get any better.
I do not know what's going on. And there are other applications in the addon on errors.
The error indicates in line 13
There is no add_utils.py file in FuxCore

Please, I ask for your help.
