Cannot confirm that here on linux… Could be another OpenGL issue on windows, can you please check if you can reproduce any of T55980, T55982, or T56009?

all the crash doesnt work for me ( i mean that blender doesnt crash :).

I can replicate the bug with the following configuration:

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (1803)
AMD Radeon RX480 4GB with Radeon Software 18.7.1
Blender 2.8 Alpha a28fd8fee2f

Clearer procedure:

  1. File -> Load factory settings
  2. From the toolbar, select the Cursor tool
  3. Click on the viewport and start dragging the Cursor around
  4. While dragging the cursor, press the S keyboard key.

Blender will instantly crash.

Confirmed on Windows 7
with a28fd8fee2f

And can confirm on Ubuntu
with a28fd8fee2f

I can confirm on Windows 10
with a1689fb091a

Backtrace and console debug output of the issue with ff1ca80f010 on:

  • Windows 10 Pro x64 (1803)
  • AMD Radeon RX480 4GB with Radeon Software 18.7.1

I tested it again with version
d7b5e2fa72c

seems be fixed?

@Damian Bodde (HuskyTeufel) I just tried to press S while LMB-dragging the cursor and on b4b8d3ab0e4 and it still crashes, at least under Windows x64.

Oh yes, sorry for that, i forgot to test it in Edit mode.
