Deleting Node with driver attach causes crash

Short description of error
Deleting a node in the shader editor that has a driver attached to one of the values cause blender to crash.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Sample Blend file in Blender 2.8
Select and Delete the Emission node that has an attached driver
Blender will crash

Thanks, can confirm. Crash happens in BKE_animsys_eval_driver() during depsgraph eval, looks like some update/rebuild is missing, @Joshua Leung (aligorith), care to check? Thanks.
