Short description of error
Selection fails for many overlapping objects.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- Add a sphere or any other primitive and duplicate though the X axis at 0.1 of distance, repeat as many times you like.
- Rotate the viewport straight to the X axis so all spheres are behind a single one
- Try to select various spheres
- Ideally, the selection would cycle though every sphere even if all of them are occluded by a single one but instead it stays selecting the nearest to the view.
Forgot to mention, this happens even in x-ray mode which is supposed to allow selection of occluded objects, otherwize why display them?
