System Information
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
GTX 1050 Ti, on latest driver; stable

Blender Version
Broken: 2.79b
Worked: Earlier this morning (7_25_2018)

Short description of error
I'll go to load blender, and so it shows the short little code screen processing for a second, as it always does, and it shows the grey blender screen as if it's about to load, but then it just disappears entirely as if I never opened blender in the first place. I've reset my PC, reinstalled my GPU drivers, and reinstalled blender (after backing up files onto a USB Flash Drive). Unfortunately, none of this has solved my problem :(

Can you confirm which is the Blender version which is broken for you and the latest that was working?
Is the broken version 2.79b, not 2.80?

This was all blender 2.79b, the entire time. In the morning, it worked without the integrated GPU, but I then enabled it in the BIOS a bit later, found that it did nothing after some testing, and then disabled it, but after doing so, blender was strangely crashing during startup. Then later in the day, I re-enabled the integrated GPU on my CPU, which again does absolutely nothing as it's meant for you to be able to have displays plugged into the Motherboard, which I don't since I use my actual GPU. After re-enabling the integrated GPU, blender worked perfectly, and I've just left the integrated GPU enabled for the past couple days. Thanks so much for the response!

Thanks, that’s ugly driver issue most certainly then, nothing we can do on our end anyway, but nice that you could make it work. :)
