Cloth improvements in 2.8

This task is to track the progress of porting the cloth-improvements branch to blender2.8. There is a blog post explaining some of these new features.

Below, is a list with the different components to be merged. As I compile patches for each of them, I'll link them here.

  • Componentized forces (D3655)
  • Angular bending springs (D3662)
  • UI improvements (D3691)
  • Plasticity
  • External base mesh
  • Weight keys (animated vertex groups)
  • Improved collisions (D3712)

I have split all the work into these individual components, to make the patches smaller and more manageable for review.
