Short description of error

Adding a driver does not always cause an update to the COW instance of the object, resulting in a crash due to an out of bounds driver index.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

test-driver-crash.blend

Open the file.
Right click some other property of the cube object (e.g. Y Location) and click Add Driver.
Change current frame.

The crash normally happens on an out-of-bounds access to adt->driver_array in BKE_animsys_eval_driver. BKE_animsys_update_driver_array isn't being called after adding the driver.
