Short description of error
Array deist instance
companion is creating error message of BOOLEAN INTERSECT no object selected BMESH (although I am not trying to Boolean)
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
add add-on, speed flow and companion, apply array from add-on, edit object and will not edit other objects as instances

Thanks for the report, however Speedflow is not an addon maintained by the Blender project. Any bugs should be reported to the author of the addon.
