Motion Capture Tools: mocap/

Autodesk 3DS format: io_scene_3ds

Blend File Utils: io_blend_utils
@mont29 this should rather be done by @dr.sybren I think?

Web3D/VRML2 format: io_scene_x3d

Manage UI translations: ui_translate - porting work was done, but not tested in depth as it wasn't clear for me how to use it.
I can continue to verify and document the translation pipeline after the beta.
