Short description of error

Loaded alembic animation. It was fine until you hit play.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Import Alembic file with animation
  • Hit play
  • Program freezes
  • crash

Cannot reproduce here (linux, 970m)
[Tested with SimpleDeform modifier on a cube as well as non-deforming transforms]

Could you provide a simple .blend file (as well as the exported .abc) so we can reproduce?

The animation was exported from Oculus Quill.
