Mesh Display Panel no longer in Properties Region as described in Blender 2.8 Manual #57185

The Blender 2.8 Manual still says that the Mesh Display Panel can be located in the Properties Region when editing a mesh. This seems to no longer be the case for 2.8.

Those options (at least those I was looking for) are now found in the Overlays control in the 3D View header.

The manual has not been updated for blender 2.8 at all yet, it's a work in progress, so we're not ready to accept reports for individual missing things like this.
