Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics 8192MB RAM

Blender Version
Broken: Blender v. 2.79b has suddenly stop (close)
Worked: -

Short description of error
Blender had work normally before, but when my PC had been forced shutdown, it will occur that blender has suddenly close after i opened it
it happen in Blender Installer and blender Portable (.zip)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open file blender and it will suddenly close

Looks like something went wrong with the graphics driver.

My graphic driver is up to dated. I have trying to delete the registry related to blender, and try to reinstall blender, but it doesn't change.
And I have used the other version of blender and it doesn;t change too.

This suggests it is a local problem with your machine and not something Blender specific.

Yeah, i think it is a local problem with my PC, but i have tried many things to fix it, and it didn't go well.
i hope someone give me some advice for fixing it.

Video drivers seem to be a common problem with Blender.
You mentioned your driver was up to date. Did you try re-installing it?

Often, the video card manufacturer's driver does OpenGL better than the default Windows Driver

I have tried to re-installing the driver, but it seems nothing change.
I uninstalling the driver with AMD Clean Up Utility and try to open the blender, it seems work properly although it has the warning
"Warning! Legacy WGL is unable to select between OpenGL versions.found bundled python: C:\Users\aflac\Downloads\blender-2.78c-windows64\blender-2.78c-windows64\2.78\python"
and then I try to install the both version of AMD (Adrenalin Edition 18.5.1 & Adrenalin Edition 18.10.1 Optional) but it cannot open and it says again

It seems work properly before, but after updating the windows or something, it cannot work well.

but nothing change in blender.
Blender suddenly close again although the message didn't appear, and i can't fix it yet.

Finally Blender 2.76a or lower works in my PC but 2.77 or higher cannot work properly.
and i hope this problem can be fixed it
