I already reported this bug before but someone opened the browser, saw nothing wrong and closed the task as invalid but I still see the problem, I hope someone could diagnose.

I tried cleaning the cache, using another browser and didn't work.

System Information
Windows 7
Chrome, Firefox

Short description of error
2.8 python api docs don't show up properly
