Armature Bone center point (pivot) auto hidden when parent bone invisible, it prevent to edit bone. #58409

Short description of error

When parent bones are hidden in Edit mode, child bone pivot (center) point set un-visible.
So I can not select center point , in edit mode. It make me really difficult, when child bone center point is same or they are locate almost same place. (eg to free from driver effect,, child bones are set same location of parent bone)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1 add new armature , single bone.
2 go to edit mode. change the single bone name = parent
3 duplicate the "parent" then move slightly. and set new duplicated bone name as "child"
4 set child and parent bone relation as their names.
5 select parent bone, then "H" (hidden)
6 now , child bone center point disappear, then if we keep parent bone set as hidden, I can not edit or select the child pivot point anymore.
it need to adjust rotation of bone. (or I hope to select each pivot of some bones then get center point)

Thouhg you may feel, you only need to set un-hidden about parent bone,, but it is not good at all.
See this pic please. I hope to edit these toes bone. and I need to get center of each pivot.

but those toe bones are need to set almost same location of parented driver bones. then I hide them.
At same time, blender 2.8 cause child bones pivot points (which I need to select!!!) hidden too.

I do not know, it is intended to show user, now parent bones are hidden, but no thanks.
or it simply make more difficult to edit bone free. (Edit mode with armature,
we can not easy set each bone center point as rotation, or translation pivot. I hope it will be updated too)
