EEVEE Reflection plane probe does work correctly in final render. The preview render okay.

Preview render:

Final render:

Notice that the sphere reflection light highlights are gone in the final render compare to the preview render.

If I turn off Space Screen Reflection both the final render and preview render match.

This is a missuse of the edge fading in the ScreenSpaceReflection properties. It fades based on distance from the viewport center. In the viewport the rendered region is bigger so it fades less on the center of the image.

You need to reduce the fading and increase the film > overscan to minimize artifacts.
