BMesh boolean is just too much unreliable

System Information
Operating system: Linux 4.18.0-3-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.18.20-2 (2018-11-23) x86_64 GNU/Linux
Graphics card: NVidia GeForce 1080ti

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80, d59c4c9d61a
Worked: (optional) Everything with Carve library

I love Blender, i use a lot the boolean operations and i find the BMesh library just too much unreliable
Carve should be reimplemented (At least as an external addon) until BMesh is capable of handling almost everything Carve did

I did several tests, i will attach an example that fails with just a simple bevel on two cubes
Adjusting "Overlap Threshold" makes no difference (And i find adjusting values for dozens of booleans in production quite time consuming) and i don't believe there are any overlapping edges/faces (And i find very hard checking with multiple complex meshes)

Blender 2.8 is awesome, but without booleans for me and other people working with 3dprinting it becomes almost unusable

Thanks for listening!
