Short description of error
Curve draw cursor and topbar settings not updated

After testing the corner detection feature for drawing curves in curve edit mode, i dared to delete all collections and objects in the outliner via rightclick menu/delete. After that, the topbar is still in curve draw mode, even if i switch to object mode and add a mesh.
(Even though the screenshot shows a regular mouse pointer, in reality it is the brush-like one in the UI)

This is actually true for all editmode tools.
If you delete an object in editmode from the outliner, the current editmode tool sticks...

Will have a quick look if I find something (might just be a missing update/listener...)
