Short description of error
Blender 2.8 send a error message (No valid cage object), when i am using a cage object to texture baking. Same objects are working fine in Blender 2.79

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I have 3 .obj files (low res, High res and Cage). I make the import of each one object, i create a new texture, i create material nodes, i select the objects in an appropriate order, i change the "type baking" to "normal", i check cage box and select cage object. I make click on "bake" button. Blender 2.80 cannot make the baking. It saying that the cage object it is invalid.

Same process it is working in Blender 2.79.

Video explaining the bug
Here a 5 minutes video showing you the bug. First, i make the process with Blender 2.79 and it is working, then i try with 2.8 and it is failing.

.obj Files
Here i left to you the files involved in the process

Event Timeline

I believe this was fixed as part of 4c41f8e9ad3 and f40a88a4ba9
