Tested in two systems
System one
System Information
Operating system: Windows 10-64bit
Graphics card: GTX 1080Ti

System two
System Information Windows
Operating system: Windows 10-64bit
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 380X

Blender Version
Broken: 2.8 Hash:74db65e5424 and other previous 2.8 versions
Worked: 2.79b

Short description of error
In Motion Tracking, placing a few markers in the object 'Camera' and then creating a second object and placing a few trackers will crash blender after trying to delete the markers in the object 'Camera'.
I tried to track an object so I placed the markers but then I realized that I forgot to create a new object and actually placed the markers in the object Camera, no problem simply copy the markers from camera to the actual object, then I tried to delete the markers in Camera and Blender crashes every time.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Motion Tracking in tab VFX>Motion Tracking
Load clip to be tracked, a simple still image sequence with 5 images will be enough to reproduce the crash, or load a short movie clip.
In the tab 'Track' with Camera selected as object, place a few markers, there is no need to track them just let them be.
Now create a second object to track and place a few markers.
Go back to the object Camera to and the delete the markers previously created , Blender crashes.
There is not even need to track anything, just by creating makers first in Camera and then creating markers in other object, blender crashes when trying to delete the Markers in the object 'Camera'

Interestingly enough, creating several objects and placing markers on each object does not crash blender when deleting markers, is only when deleting makers in the object 'Camera" (The first object) and deleting markers there that Blender crashes.

Thank you for the amazing work you guys are doing and have a great day =)
Regars.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

This is not my original project since the original use an image sequence with over 20k images for tracking motion but I replicated the crash with only 5 images, probably 1 single image would had been enough since the movement does not even need to be tracked for the crash to occur, simple delete the trackers in the object 'Camera'.

Yes, I can reproduce this bug as well.
However, it seems kind of random. It is not always the same marker, which deletion causes a crash. Sometimes it is the marker that is already selected when you open the blendfile from BlenderBugReport.zip, sometimes I have to keep deleting and selecting markers until I get a crash. The crash can happen with markers from both, Camera and Object.
It is probably related to this bug, which was already reported a while ago: https://developer.blender.org/T58773
