Short description of error
When you select a key in the Dopesheet Editor, all bones get deselected in the Viewport

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
New file with both Viewport and Dopesheet open
Create an armature with a few bones
Go to pose mode
Select all the bones and key them
In the Dopesheet, expand the armature so you can see all the different keys for the bones
(so right now all the bones are selected)
Select one of the keys in the Dopesheet (the bottom most bone for example)
...all the bones in the viewport just got deselected...
