Texture paint settings missing in topbar, when choosing tool from image editor #59311

System Information
Operating system: MACOS mojave 10.14
Graphics card: intel Iris Pro 1536 Mo

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80 beta

Short description of error
on MACOS, the texture paint view never display or refreshes the menu bar , si for example, it is impossible to tune brush options (color, size, etc...) . see screen capture below.

PS: on WIN64, the same problem appears but it is possible to force toolbar refresh by clicking on another woarspace , end back to the texture paint workspace.
