I was looking for audio scrubbing sync UI option.

  2. Position the mouse in the Sequencer window
  3. Pressing the F3 key, and typing "au" in the search text field

Event Timeline

This is supposed to be an easy fix (a bug in a function poll). However I can't reproduce it here.
It may be related to some audio windows related issue (on windows here).

Managed to reproduce in the python console with bpy.ops.gpencil.generate_weights.poll()
@Antonio Vazquez (antoniov) if you could please check your other operators to make sure you are not repeating this crash elsewhere.
