Auto Smooth Angle ignored in Object Mode

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add Sphere shade it smooth , enable Auto Smooth change Angle, switch from Object to Edit mode to see the difference

@rambobl Please, add a hash and date from splash screen into Blender Version. "Blender 2.80 latest build" is useless.

I can confirm this, Hash f71ae30962 build just now. This is only present in the workbench, lookdev and eevee, in cycles is everything normal so far. Using the edge split modifier works just fine.

Can confirm. The auto smooth option is not completely ignored, but it does something wrong. (the shading still changes when the angle is reduced)
