I would guess that the GPU drivers is too buggy for you to run blender.
You can try running blender with
--debug-gpu-force-workarounds
and see if that helps. Can you attach the output of
--debug-gpu
Also, please provide hash and build date of the blender version you tested. I have no idea which version you tested now. So be sure to have the latest one from: https://builder.blender.org/download/
I downloaded the latest version then i run blender with console and this is the result:
MacBook-Pro-de-Tarik:blender-2.80.0-git20181217.9149e894210-x86_64 tarik$ ./blender.app/Contents/MacOS/blender --debug-gpu-force-workarounds
GPU: Bypassing workaround detection.
GPU: OpenGL indentification strings
GPU: vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
GPU: renderer: NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT OpenGL Engine

@tarikboucherba that is not the latest version. Yours is from the 17th the latest is from the 21st
the same error in the latest version:

The 9600M GT is listed as a DirectX 10 GPU which should support Opengl 3.3.
Unfortunately the drivers are buggy and probably will not receive any update at this stage.
It fails to work with the most basic shaders so I can't really guess what is going on.
The linking errors are not related to the issue as they concern a shadow shader.
