System Information
System: Windows 7 64bit
RAM: 16 GB
renderer: 'GeForce GTX 760/PCIe/SSE2'
vendor: 'NVIDIA Corporation'
version: '4.5.0 NVIDIA 364.72'

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.80.0-git.11f2c65128dc-windows64

Short description of error
Blender 2.80: Not possible to Render ViewLayers as expected

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Please open the attched .blend file and hit F12 to render.

Setup:

  1. ViewLayer - all - has all three test objects set to visible / render setting is from ViewLayer - plane (can't set this per ViewLayer)
  2. ViewLayer - plane - Plane visible / render, Suzanne and Cube are set in the outliner to not visible and not to render
  3. ViewLayer - cube - Cube visible, Suzanne and Cube are set in the outliner to not visible / render setting is from ViewLayer - plane (can't set this per ViewLayer)

What I expect:

  1. Renders of the visible objects per ViewLayer (1. all, 2. plane only, 3. cube only), but I get the same render in all three ViewLayers
  2. Setting the Render per ViewLayer not possible, last setting "overrides" the "Render" Settings of the other ViewLayers (expacted in example
blend file Visible = Render) 3. LayerMask functionality (see Version 2.79, where a Layer can be set as mask) -> Did not found anthing related to it
  3. The Cube material was set after the ViewLayer duplication, it is white in the Viewport, but in the render it has the right material -> not what I expected
  4. A all ViewLayer List in Properties > ViewLayer -> had to try and error in the Outliner to find a List

** Disclaimer: I may use the new features wrong! :-)
