Short description of error
I'm a new hand, and my English is a little poor. Hesitated, then write this report. Please understand.

This is a very simple model of a house, maybe it's big. When eevee rendering, there is some strange lines on the faces of the house model.
I'm not sure whether it is a bug, but I hope it is. It really makes me feel ill.

When I change the parameter of Bias of that lamp, the strange lines are gone.

Obviously the shadow is wrong, I have tried to eliminate this error by changing parameters of the lamp but failed.

Or it is just because I'm unfamiliar with blender? I hope not.



Event Timeline

The house in that scene is 700m by 450m by 280m. I imagine default settings aren't meant for such scales.

The problem is indeed the scale of the house. The artifacts are probably cause by some floating point inacurracies.

I'll leave it to @Clément Foucault (fclem) to decide if this is a bug.

@YiFan (YF): In general try to build things at the right scale. If you are building something huge or very small use the "Unit Scale".

You can increase the precision using High bit depth option in the Render Settings > Shadow panel.
