The translucide shader is missing in the SHIFT A list.
But it appears normaly in the properties panel.

I assume this is by design because the Translucent BSDF doesn't work in Eevee. It does appear if you switch to Cycles.
@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht): Is this as intended?
In any case it would be nice to mark the shaders and nodes that only apply to either Eevee or Cycles somehow.
The shader does work, it has an Eevee fallback, maybe not the intended fallback but I do use it with hair quite often
However, it's easily possible to sneak-in incompatible shaders everywhere. The world shader nodes have a similar problem T59747.
